Kendrick is an incredible trainer, coach, and mentor with amazing depth of experience, knowledge, and wisdom. He is always willing to answer questions and explain how to make the most out of your training. I highly recommend him to anyone, at any fitness level. Great program! I love the accountability from the trainers and the weekly check-ins. The app is also nice and is pretty easy to use. Alexis helps me to stay focused on my goals weekly and she is very flexible and willing to adjust my training according to my fitness needs while still pushing me and holding me accountable to my goals. Both Kendrick and Alexis take into consideration that I am a working mother of 5 and wife and I appreciate that they structure my goals around my busy life!
