Fight Mode delivers personalized training as well as corporate wellness programs virtually and in-person to help you achieve your fitness goals.

We incorporate into our training program stabilization, mobility, functional strength using polymeric body weight training,  compound lifts with dumbbells, mixed martial arts styles such as boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, jiujitsu  to help you become stronger physically and mentally.

Kendrick is an incredible trainer, coach, and mentor with amazing depth of experience, knowledge, and wisdom. Great program! I love the accountability from the trainers and the weekly check-ins. The app is also nice and is pretty easy to use. Alexis helps me to stay focused on my goals weekly and she is very flexible and willing to adjust my training according to my fitness needs while still pushing me and holding me accountable to my goals. Both Kendrick and Alexis take into consideration that I am a working mother of 5 and wife and I appreciate that they structure my goals around my busy life!
