Kendrick is an incredible trainer, coach, and mentor with amazing depth of experience, knowledge, and wisdom. Been working with KM Fitness for 6 years. KM uses a number of other traditional pieces of equipment. Strength comes with doing these exercises. I have become much stronger, more flexible and my balance has improved. I feel “safer” in doing everything else I do, as a result of KMs exercises. Km customizes that days exercises for my needs. If I do not do well with exercise A, Km always offers up exercise B so I get to my full range of motion in correct form. I try to put myself in the same form that KM demonstrates, but KM corrects any flaw because he is always narrating what I am doing. Wonderful ongoing experience

Great program! I love the accountability from the trainers and the weekly check-ins. The app is also nice and is pretty easy to use. Alexis helps me to stay focused on my goals weekly and she is very flexible and willing to adjust my training according to my fitness needs while still pushing me and holding me accountable to my goals. Both Kendrick and Alexis take into consideration that I am a working mother of 5 and wife and I appreciate that they structure my goals around my busy life!
